The Sharp MX-C528F is a powerful 4-in-1 A4 colour multifunction printer designed to meet the demands of small workgroups as well as medium and large office environments. It combines high performance with a range of productivity features to support efficient day-to-day business operations.
Delivering print speeds of up to 50 pages per minute, a quick warm-up time, and scan speeds of up to 98 images per minute, the MX-C528F ensures documents are printed or digitised quickly and efficiently. Once captured, files can be easily shared across your network, cloud services, or integrated business applications.
Flexible media handling supports a variety of paper types including cardstock, small media, and envelopes from both the main paper tray and multipurpose feeder. An optional, easy-to-install stapler allows users to manually staple up to 20 sheets, helping simplify document preparation. If colour toner becomes low, the printer can continue operating by switching to black and white printing, helping to avoid interruptions to your workflow.
Advanced security features ensure that both printed and digital information remains protected. Secure connectivity to cloud services, applications, and workflows allows users to access and distribute documents quickly and safely. An optional Trusted Platform Module (TPM) adds an extra layer of security by providing authentication, system integrity checks, and encryption capabilities.
With a maximum paper capacity of up to 2,850 sheets and long-life consumables, the MX-C528F requires minimal user intervention, making it ideal for busy office environments. The 10-inch tiltable colour LCD touchscreen, featuring Sharp’s Easy UI mode, provides an intuitive interface that makes even complex tasks simple to manage.
