The BP-51C31 features multiple layers of industry-leading security to protect sensitive information. During start-up, the device automatically checks for BIOS firmware anomalies. If an issue is detected, the system stops the start-up process and launches an automatic BIOS recovery.
The device also integrates with Microsoft Entra ID, enabling secure user authentication for organisations. Additional protection features include firmware self-recovery, whitelisting, and a Trusted Platform Module (TPM), ensuring documents and data remain protected at all times. Optional anti-malware software from Bitdefender adds another layer of security for the device, network, and stored data.
Seamless Collaboration and Connectivity
A built-in connector for Microsoft Teams enhances collaboration by allowing users to print from or scan directly to Teams channels via the control panel (requires BP-AM10).
With single sign-on support, users can easily connect mobile devices using Wi-Fi, Apple AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC, or QR code (requires BP-EB10), enabling convenient printing and access to workflows from almost anywhere.

Communication lamps display the current status of the device, while the 10.1-inch tiltable colour touchscreen features intuitive smartphone-style controls. This makes it easy for users to access the full range of productivity features quickly and efficiently.

The BP-51C31 delivers print and copy speeds of up to 31 pages per minute in both colour and black and white. Large jobs can run uninterrupted, as toner and paper can be replaced without stopping the device.
Scanning is equally efficient. The built-in 100-sheet Reversing Single Pass Feeder allows double-sided documents to be scanned at speeds of up to 80 images per minute.
Flexible Printing and Finishing
A standard Print Release function allows users to securely release their print jobs from the most convenient device on the network, supporting up to 100 connected MFPs.
A wide range of finishing options—including folding, hole punching, saddle stitching, and both manual and staple-free stapling—provides added flexibility and professional-quality output.
Consistent Colour Output
The My Favourite Colour Tone feature offers 11 preconfigured colour palettes, allowing businesses to match the colour output of previous devices when upgrading or replacing existing equipment.
