Advanced Security
The BP-61C31 includes multiple layers of industry-leading system and data protection. During start-up, the device checks the BIOS firmware for any irregularities. If an issue is detected, the machine automatically stops the start-up process and launches BIOS recovery.
The device also supports Microsoft Entra ID, allowing organisations to implement secure user authentication. Additional security features include whitelisting, self-recovery firmware and a Trusted Platform Module, helping ensure that sensitive data and documents remain protected.
Optional Bitdefender anti-malware software can also be installed, adding an extra layer of protection for your device, network and data.
Seamless Collaboration
A built-in Microsoft Teams connector allows users to securely print from or scan directly to their Microsoft Teams channels via the MFP control panel.
Single sign-on functionality enables users to connect mobile devices easily using WiFi, AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC or QR code, allowing access to printing and enterprise workflows from almost anywhere.
Simple and Intuitive Operation
A motion sensor automatically wakes the device from sleep mode when a user approaches. Communication lamps display the status of the MFP, while the 10.1-inch tiltable colour LCD touchscreen provides intuitive, smartphone-style navigation for quick access to productivity features.
High Productivity
The BP-61C31 delivers print and copy speeds of up to 31 pages per minute in both colour and black and white, allowing large jobs to be completed quickly and efficiently. Toner and paper can also be replaced without interrupting ongoing print jobs, helping maintain productivity.
Scanning is equally efficient thanks to the built-in 100-sheet Reversing Single Pass Feeder, which enables two-sided scanning at speeds of up to 80 images per minute.
Flexible Finishing Options
A standard Print Release feature allows users to securely release their print jobs from the most convenient MFP on the network. A wide range of finishing options—including folding, hole punching, saddle stitching, stapling and staple-free stapling—adds flexibility and enhances document presentation.
Colour Consistency
The My Favourite Colour Tone feature provides a selection of 11 preconfigured colour profiles, making it easy to match the colour output of older devices when replacing an existing MFP.
Environmentally Responsible Design
The BP-61C31 has been designed with sustainability in mind. Up to 50% recycled plastics are used in the base unit, while cardboard packaging helps reduce plastic waste. Harmful materials have been removed from the production process, and longer-lasting components reduce the need for service visits.
Advanced eco-technologies deliver a low TEC value and reduced standby power consumption, ensuring compliance with energy efficiency regulations. A new Balance Power Saving Mode keeps power consumption low while allowing the device to become ready for operation in under 3.5 seconds.
