Advanced Security
The BP-71C45 offers multiple layers of data and system protection. At start-up, the device checks the BIOS for anomalies and, if detected, automatically halts start-up and initiates BIOS recovery. It also integrates with Microsoft Entra ID for secure user authentication and device access.
Additional security includes firmware self-recovery, whitelisting, and a Trusted Platform Module. Optional Bitdefender anti-malware adds extra protection for your network, data, and device.
Collaboration and Connectivity
A built-in Microsoft Teams connector allows secure printing and scanning directly to Teams channels from the control panel. Single sign-on lets users connect mobile devices via Wi-Fi, Apple AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC, or QR code to enterprise workflows and printing from anywhere.
Efficient, User-Friendly Operation
A motion sensor wakes the MFP from sleep mode, while communication lamps and the 10.1” tiltable colour LCD touchscreen make navigation intuitive with smartphone-style touch controls.
High-Speed Output and Scanning
Print and copy up to 45 ppm in colour or black & white. Large jobs remain uninterrupted even while replacing toner or paper. The 300-sheet Duplex Single Pass Feeder (DSPF) scans double-sided documents at speeds up to 300 ipm, with double-feed detection for added reliability.
Flexible Finishing Options
Securely release print jobs via the Print Release function and choose from finishing options such as folding, punching, saddle stitching, and manual or stapleless stapling to produce professional-quality documents in-house.
Consistent Colour and Sustainability
My Favourite Colour Tone lets you choose from 11 preconfigured colour profiles to match previous devices for seamless replacements. The BP-71C45 also features a sustainable design using up to 50% recycled plastics and cardboard packaging to reduce waste. Harmful materials are eliminated during production, and extended component lifespans reduce service visits.
Advanced eco-technologies deliver a low TEC value and minimal standby power usage. The new Balance Power Saving Mode keeps energy consumption low while ensuring the device is ready in under 3.5 seconds.
