The Sharp MX-C428F is a versatile 4-in-1 A4 colour multifunction printer designed to meet the demands of small workgroups as well as medium to large office environments. It combines strong productivity features with reliable performance to support everyday office workflows.
With print speeds of up to 40 pages per minute, a fast warm-up time, and scanning speeds of up to 80 images per minute, the MX-C428F ensures documents are printed or digitised quickly and efficiently. Once captured, documents can be easily shared across your network, cloud services, or business applications.
The device offers flexible media handling, supporting cardstock, small paper sizes, and envelopes from both the main paper tray and the multipurpose feeder. An optional easy-to-install stapler allows users to manually staple up to 20 sheets, helping streamline document preparation. If colour toner runs low, the printer can continue operating by switching to black and white printing, ensuring work isn’t interrupted.
Advanced security features help protect both printed and digital information. Secure connectivity to cloud platforms, applications, and workflows allows users to access and distribute data quickly and safely. An optional Trusted Platform Module (TPM) provides additional protection through authentication, system integrity checks, and encryption capabilities.
With a maximum paper capacity of up to 2,850 sheets and long-life consumables, the MX-C428F requires minimal user intervention, making it ideal for busy office environments. The 7-inch tiltable colour LCD touchscreen, featuring Sharp’s Easy UI mode, offers an intuitive interface that simplifies even complex tasks.
