Seamless Connectivity
The integrated Microsoft® Teams connector enhances collaboration by allowing users to print from or scan directly to Microsoft Teams channels securely from the MFP. With single sign-on, users can easily connect their mobile devices via Wi-Fi, AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC, or QR code, enabling access to enterprise workflows and printing capabilities wherever they are working.
Advanced Security
The BP-70M75 features a comprehensive set of security measures to protect both the device and the information it processes. These include BIOS-based security, whitelisting, self-recovery firmware, and a standard Trusted Platform Module (TPM) to help safeguard sensitive documents and data.
The Print Release feature enables users to securely retrieve their print jobs from the most convenient MFP on the network, supporting up to 100 connected devices. Optional Bitdefender anti-malware software can also be added to provide an additional layer of protection for your device, data, and network.
Simple and Intuitive Operation
A built-in motion sensor automatically wakes the device from sleep mode when a user approaches, while communication lamps provide a quick visual indication of the MFP’s status. The 10.1-inch tiltable colour LCD touchscreen features intuitive icons and smartphone-style controls, making everyday tasks simple and efficient.
High Productivity
Designed for demanding workloads, the BP-70M75 delivers print and copy speeds of up to 75 pages per minute in black and white. Toner cartridges can be replaced without interrupting ongoing jobs, helping maintain continuous productivity.
The 300-sheet Duplex Single Pass Feeder enables high-speed two-sided scanning of up to 280 images per minute, allowing large scanning jobs to be completed quickly. Optional double-feed detection helps prevent scanning errors, while an LED reminder prompts users to remove originals after scanning to help keep documents secure. AI-powered technology automatically optimises resolution, gradation, and compression settings for every scan.
With a maximum paper capacity of up to 6,700 sheets and support for a wide range of media sizes up to A3W and 300 gsm, the device can easily handle diverse print requirements. A variety of finishing options—including saddle stitching, manual stapling, and stapleless stapling—add flexibility and enable professional document production in-house. High-quality output is ensured with 1,200 × 1,200 dpi resolution, supported by automatic process control and image stabilisation technology for consistent results.
The Sharp Application Portal allows remote firmware and application updates, ensuring the device remains up to date and compliant.
