Seamless Connectivity
The integrated Microsoft® Teams connector improves collaboration by allowing users to print from or scan directly to Microsoft Teams channels securely from the MFP. With single sign-on capability, users can connect their mobile devices through WiFi, AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC, or QR code, enabling access to business workflows and printing functions from virtually anywhere.
Advanced Security
The BP-70M90 includes a comprehensive range of security features designed to protect both the device and the information it processes. These include BIOS-based protection, firmware self-recovery, whitelisting, and a standard Trusted Platform Module (TPM) to safeguard sensitive data and documents.
The Print Release function allows users to securely retrieve their print jobs from the most convenient device on the network, supporting up to 100 connected MFPs. Optional Bitdefender anti-malware software can also be added to provide an additional layer of protection for your device, network, and data.
Simple Operation
A motion sensor automatically wakes the device when a user approaches, while communication lamps provide an instant visual indication of the printer’s status. The 10.1-inch tiltable colour LCD touchscreen features intuitive icons and smartphone-style touch controls, making everyday tasks quick and easy to complete.
High Productivity
Built for demanding workloads, the BP-70M90 delivers print and copy speeds of up to 90 pages per minute in black and white. Toner cartridges can be replaced during operation without interrupting print or copy jobs, ensuring continuous productivity.
The 300-sheet Duplex Single Pass Feeder enables fast two-sided scanning of up to 280 images per minute, allowing large scanning jobs to be completed quickly. An optional double-feed detector helps prevent scanning errors, while an LED reminder prompts users to remove their originals when scanning is complete. AI-powered technology automatically optimises resolution, gradation, and compression settings for each scan.
With a maximum paper capacity of up to 6,700 sheets and support for a wide range of media sizes up to A3W and 300 gsm, the BP-70M90 can easily manage diverse printing requirements. A variety of finishing options—including saddle stitching, manual stapling, and stapleless stapling—allow users to produce professional-quality documents in-house.
High-quality output is ensured with 1,200 × 1,200 dpi resolution, supported by automatic process control and image stabilisation technology to deliver consistent results from the first page to the last.
The Sharp Application Portal enables remote firmware and application updates, ensuring the device remains current, secure, and compliant.
