Advanced Security and Data Protection
The BP-61C36 incorporates multiple layers of industry-leading security to safeguard business data. During start-up, the device automatically checks the BIOS firmware for anomalies. If a problem is detected, the system halts the start-up process and initiates automatic BIOS recovery to ensure the device remains secure.
The MFP also integrates with Microsoft Entra ID, enabling organisations to manage user authentication and control device access securely.
Additional protection features include firmware self-recovery, whitelisting and a Trusted Platform Module (TPM), helping to keep sensitive documents and information protected. Optional anti-malware software from Bitdefender can also be added to provide an additional layer of security for your device, network and stored data.
Collaboration and Mobile Connectivity
A built-in connector for Microsoft Teams enhances collaboration by allowing users to print from or scan directly to Teams channels from the device control panel.
With single sign-on functionality, users can easily connect their mobile devices via Wi-Fi, Apple AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC or QR code. This enables convenient access to enterprise workflows and printing capabilities from virtually anywhere.
Intuitive and User-Friendly Operation
A built-in motion sensor automatically wakes the device from sleep mode when a user approaches, ensuring the MFP is ready to use instantly.
Communication lamps clearly display the device’s status, while the 10.1-inch tiltable colour touchscreen features intuitive smartphone-style controls. This user-friendly interface makes it easy to access productivity features and operate the device efficiently.
Fast and Efficient Performance
The BP-61C36 delivers print and copy speeds of up to 36 pages per minute in both colour and black and white, allowing large jobs to be completed quickly and efficiently. Toner and paper can also be replaced without interrupting the printing process, helping maintain productivity.
Scanning is equally efficient thanks to the built-in 100-sheet Reversing Single Pass Feeder, which enables double-sided documents to be scanned at speeds of up to 80 images per minute.

A standard Print Release function allows users to securely release print jobs from the most conveniently located MFP on the network.
A wide range of finishing options—including folding, hole punching, saddle stitching, and manual or staple-free stapling—adds flexibility and allows for professional-quality document output.
Consistent Colour Output
The My Favourite Colour Tone feature offers 11 preconfigured colour palettes, allowing users to adjust colour tones to match previous devices and maintain consistent document output when upgrading equipment.
