Advanced Security and Data Protection
The BP-61C45 features multiple layers of advanced security designed to protect sensitive business data. During start-up, the device automatically checks the BIOS firmware for anomalies. If any issues are detected, the system halts the start-up process and initiates automatic BIOS recovery to ensure the device remains secure.
The MFP also integrates with Microsoft Entra ID, enabling organisations to manage user authentication and control device access through a secure identity platform.
Additional security features include firmware self-recovery, whitelisting and a Trusted Platform Module (TPM), helping keep documents and data protected at all times. Optional anti-malware software from Bitdefender can be added for an extra layer of protection for the device, network and stored information.
Collaboration and Mobile Connectivity
A built-in connector for Microsoft Teams enhances collaboration by allowing users to print from or scan directly to Teams channels from the device control panel.
With single sign-on functionality, users can easily connect mobile devices via Wi-Fi, Apple AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC or QR code, providing convenient access to enterprise workflows and printing capabilities from almost anywhere.
Intuitive and User-Friendly Operation
A built-in motion sensor automatically wakes the device from sleep mode when a user approaches, ensuring it is ready to use immediately.
Communication lamps clearly indicate the device’s status, while the 10.1-inch tiltable colour LCD touchscreen features intuitive smartphone-style controls. This makes it simple for users to access productivity features and operate the MFP efficiently.
High-Speed Performance
The BP-61C45 delivers print and copy speeds of up to 45 pages per minute in both colour and black and white. Large jobs can be completed quickly, and toner or paper can be replaced without interrupting the printing process, helping maintain productivity.
Scanning is equally efficient thanks to the built-in 100-sheet Reversing Single Pass Feeder, which allows double-sided documents to be scanned at speeds of up to 80 images per minute.

A standard Print Release feature allows users to securely release their print jobs from the most convenient MFP on the network.
A wide range of finishing options—including folding, hole punching, saddle stitching, and manual or staple-free stapling—adds versatility and enables professional-quality document output.

The My Favourite Colour Tone feature offers 11 preconfigured colour palettes, allowing users to adjust colour settings to match previous devices and maintain consistent output when replacing an existing MFP.
