The BP-71C65 provides multiple layers of industry-leading protection. At start-up, it scans the BIOS for anomalies and, if an issue is detected, halts the process and initiates automatic BIOS recovery. Integration with Microsoft Entra ID ensures secure, cloud-based user authentication and controlled device access.
Additional safeguards include whitelisting, self-recovery firmware, and a Trusted Platform Module, giving you confidence that sensitive data and documents remain secure. Optional Bitdefender anti-malware adds an extra layer of protection for devices, data, and network security.
Seamless Collaboration
A built-in Microsoft Teams connector allows users to print or scan directly to Teams channels from the control panel, streamlining teamwork. Single sign-on enables mobile devices to connect effortlessly via Wi-Fi, AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC, or QR code, providing secure access to enterprise workflows from anywhere.
Intelligent, User-Friendly Operation
The BP-71C65 features a motion sensor that wakes the MFP when a user approaches. Communication lamps indicate device status, and the 10.1” tiltable colour LCD touchscreen offers smartphone-style navigation for all functions.
High-Speed Performance
Handle large jobs efficiently with print and copy speeds of up to 65 ppm in colour and black & white. Toner and paper can be replaced mid-job without interruption. The 300-sheet Duplex Single Pass Feeder (DSPF) scans double-sided documents at up to 300 ipm, with a double-feed detection feature to prevent errors.
Versatile Finishing Options
The standard Print Release function allows secure job release from the most convenient MFP on the network. A wide range of finishing options—including folding, punching, saddle stitching, and manual or stapleless stapling—provides flexible, professional output.
Colour Consistency & Sustainability
My Favourite Colour Tone offers 11 preconfigured colour profiles, making it easy to match colour output when replacing older devices.
The BP-71C65 is eco-conscious, using up to 50% recycled plastics in the base unit and cardboard packaging to reduce plastic waste. Harmful materials have been removed from production, and key components are designed for longevity, reducing service visits and environmental impact. Advanced eco-technologies deliver a low TEC value and minimal standby power consumption. The new Balance Power Saving Mode consumes very little energy while keeping the MFP ready to operate in under 3.5 seconds.
