Additional security features include firmware whitelisting, self-recovery, and a Trusted Platform Module, providing peace of mind that sensitive documents remain protected. Optional Bitdefender anti-malware software adds an extra layer of security for your device, network, and data.
Seamless Connectivity
Collaboration is effortless with the built-in Microsoft® Teams connector, allowing users to print to or scan from Teams channels directly from the control panel. Single sign-on enables mobile devices to connect via WiFi, AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC, or QR code, giving secure access to enterprise workflows from anywhere.
Intuitive Operation
A motion sensor wakes the MFP from sleep mode when a user approaches, while communication lamps provide at-a-glance status updates. The 10.1” tiltable colour LCD touchscreen with smartphone-style touch controls ensures all productivity functions are easy to access.
High Productivity
Print and copy speeds reach up to 65 ppm in black & white, with the ability to replace toner and paper without interrupting jobs. The 300-sheet Duplex Single Pass Feeder scans two-sided documents at speeds of up to 300 ipm, and a double-feed detection option prevents errors.
The standard Print Release function lets users securely collect their jobs from the most convenient MFP. A wide range of finishing options—including folding, punching, saddle stitching, and manual/stapleless stapling—adds flexibility and professional results to your output.
Eco-Friendly Design
Up to 50% of the BP-71M65’s base unit is made from recycled plastics, and cardboard packaging reduces plastic waste. Harmful materials are eliminated from production, and key components are designed for long life, reducing service visits. Advanced eco-technologies deliver a low TEC value and standby power consumption, while the ‘balance’ power-saving mode keeps the MFP ready to operate in under 3.5 seconds.
