Advanced Security and Data Protection
The BP-51C45 includes multiple layers of industry-leading security to protect sensitive business information. During start-up, the device automatically checks the BIOS firmware for anomalies. If an issue is detected, the system halts the start-up process and initiates automatic BIOS recovery to ensure the device remains secure.
The MFP also integrates with Microsoft Entra ID, enabling secure user authentication across your organisation. Additional protection features include firmware self-recovery, whitelisting and a Trusted Platform Module (TPM), helping to ensure that confidential data and documents remain safe at all times.
For enhanced protection, optional anti-malware software from Bitdefender can be added to provide an additional layer of defence for your device, network and stored data.
Seamless Collaboration and Connectivity
A built-in connector for Microsoft Teams enhances collaboration by allowing users to print from or scan directly to Teams channels using the control panel (requires BP-AM10).
With single sign-on capability, users can easily connect mobile devices via Wi-Fi, Apple AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC or QR code (Bluetooth and NFC require BP-EB10). This enables convenient access to print and workflow functions from virtually anywhere.
Intuitive and User-Friendly Operation
Communication lamps clearly display the device’s status, while the 10.1-inch tiltable colour LCD touchscreen features intuitive smartphone-style controls. This makes it simple for users to access productivity features and operate the device with ease.
High-Speed Performance
The BP-51C45 delivers fast print and copy speeds of up to 45 pages per minute in both colour and black and white. Large jobs can be completed efficiently, and toner or paper can be replaced without interrupting the printing process.
Scanning is equally efficient thanks to the built-in 100-sheet Reversing Single Pass Feeder, which allows double-sided documents to be scanned at speeds of up to 80 images per minute.
Flexible Printing and Finishing
A standard Print Release feature allows users to securely release print jobs from the most conveniently located MFP on the network.
A wide range of finishing options—including folding, hole punching, saddle stitching, and both manual and staple-free stapling—provides greater flexibility and professional-quality document output.
Consistent Colour Output
The My Favourite Colour Tone feature offers 11 preconfigured colour palettes, allowing organisations to match the colour output of previous devices when upgrading or replacing an existing MFP.
