The BP-51C55 incorporates multiple layers of industry-leading security to safeguard sensitive business information. During start-up, the device automatically checks the BIOS firmware for anomalies. If an issue is detected, the system stops the start-up process and launches automatic BIOS recovery to maintain device integrity.
The MFP also integrates with Microsoft Entra ID, a secure cloud-based platform that enables organisations to manage user identities and control device access.
Additional security features include whitelisting, firmware self-recovery and a built-in Trusted Platform Module (TPM), helping ensure that documents and data remain protected at all times. Optional anti-malware protection from Bitdefender provides an extra layer of defence for your device, network and stored information.
Seamless Collaboration and Mobile Connectivity
A built-in connector for Microsoft Teams enhances collaboration by allowing users to print from or scan directly to Teams channels via the device control panel (requires BP-AM10).
The Synappx Go mobile app also enables secure contactless and remote printing, making it ideal for hybrid working environments.
With single sign-on functionality, users can connect their mobile devices via Wi-Fi, Apple AirPrint, Bluetooth, NFC or QR code, giving them easy access to enterprise workflows and print capabilities from virtually anywhere.

Scanning is equally efficient thanks to the built-in 100-sheet Reversing Single Pass Feeder, which can scan double-sided documents at speeds of up to 80 images per minute. The device also uses AI technology to automatically determine the optimal resolution, gradation and compression rates for each scan job.

A standard Print Release feature allows users to securely release their print jobs from the most convenient MFP on the network, supporting up to 100 connected devices.
A wide range of finishing options—including folding, hole punching, saddle stitching, and manual or staple-free stapling—adds versatility and enables professional-quality document production.
Consistent Colour Output
The My Favourite Colour Tone feature allows users to adjust colour tones to their preference. This makes it easy to replace an existing device while maintaining consistent colour output across documents.
