The MX-3071 offers seamless integration with today’s digital workflows. Single sign-on enables easy access to cloud services, while mobile connectivity via WiFi, NFC, and QR code allows users to print and scan on the move. USB direct printing of Microsoft Office files and OCR functionality for creating searchable PDFs or editable Office documents further enhance efficiency.
An optional secondary LAN allows connection to two networks simultaneously, including both wired and wireless setups. The Print Release function lets users send documents to a primary MFP and securely release them from up to five connected devices.
Smart & Intuitive Operation
A built-in motion sensor detects approaching users, waking the device from sleep mode for immediate use. Status indicator lamps provide a clear visual update of the MFP’s condition.
The 10.1” tiltable colour LCD touchscreen features a customisable interface, allowing users to drag and drop frequently used icons for quick access. A document feeder LED reminds users to remove originals, helping to maintain document security. With a maximum paper capacity of 6,300 sheets and support for media up to SRA3 and 300 gsm, the device handles a wide range of printing needs.
